[Men's Lacrosse] NAIA Releases MLAX All-Americans with Six Named from WHAC
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - (NAIA Release) - The NAIA announced the 2021 NAIA Men's Lacrosse All-Americans with six players from Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) teams honored. Mitch Haggart of Aquinas was named to the first team after scoring 40 goals and assisting on 12 others. The sophomore also had 30 ground balls and four caused turnovers. Indiana Tech senior Andrew Ryan was also named to the first team with 48 goals and 22 assists. The midfielder recorded 53 gournd balls and 11 caused turnovers. Jordan Reyes, also of Indiana Tech, earned first-team honors as a defender as the senior scooped up 61 ground ball and caused 48 turnovers.
Three more were named to the second team: Matt Wagner of Aquinas, Sam Anderson of Indiana Tech, and Nate Allan of Lourdes. Wagner, a senior defender, finished with 28 ground balls and 17 caused turnovers. Anderson, a junior defender, had 50 ground balls and 37 caused turnovers. Allan, a freshman LSM, notched 84 ground balls and 27 caused turnovers while scoring eight goals.
