With Election Day about 112 weeks away, Utah Jazz producer Jeremy Brunner shared an old video on Twitter Friday of the Utah Jazz Bear mascot literally slam dunking over Donald Trump.

The dunk occurred during a Jazz NBA Finals home game, although it’s not clear if it was in 1997 or 1998. During a stop in play, Jazz longtime public address announcer Dan Roberts is heard saying, “Now, ladies and gentlemen, we’ve got a relatively special guest here” as Bear and a couple of other NBA team mascots escorted Trump out on to the court.

“This just isn’t anybody,” Roberts said. “Ladies and gentlemen, this is Donald Trump standing at the trampoline.”

The Delta Center (now Vivint Arena) crowd cheered.

As Trump smiled and waved to the crowd, Roberts said, “We’re not just jumping over anybody out there.”

The Indiana Pacers’ mascot went first, running the length of the floor, with the trampoline just inside the opposite free throw line and Trump standing just behind it. The Seattle Supersonics’ mascot followed in quick succession, and Bear went last, jumping and spinning over Trump.

Trump gave Bear a double high-five as he exited the court, with Roberts saying, “Ladies and gentlemen, a big hand please for Donald Trump, ladies and gentlemen.”
