[Basketball] Basketball Tigers learn conference schedule

Georgetown College women's and men's basketball will tip off the season in the coming months. Friday, the Mid-South Conference announced the 22-league, home and home dates. Games will be doubleheaders on Thursdays and Saturdays with a couple of Mondays as well.

It starts with a road swing Nov. 19 and 21 to University of Pikeville and University of the Cumberlands, respectively. GC opens home play with Freed-Hardeman University and Bethel University, Dec. 3 and 5.

The teams take a conference break until New Years' Eve when Lindsey Wilson College comes to town. Cumberland University is in Georgetown on Jan. 2.
