Illinois athletic director Josh Whitman, football coach Lovie Smith and men's basketball coach Brad Underwood — along with university Chancellor Robert Jones and five vice chancellors — volunteered to take a 10% pay cut for six months to help offset the financial fallout from the coronavirus.
