[Men's Basketball] Bush Completes Seventh Double-Double in Key Conference Win

DAYTON, Tenn. – 16 points, and a team-high 11 rebounds, three assists, and four blocks were collected by EJ Bush (SO/Oak Ridge, Tenn.) for his team-leading seventh double-double of the season, as the Bryan College men's basketball team earned a key Appalachian Athletic Conference victory at home on Saturday versus the Rams of Columbia International University (S.C.), 80-71. The win puts the Lions in a tie for fourth place in the AAC standings alongside Bluefield College (Va.) with both teams 10-8 in conference play. The defeat of CIU lowered their AAC record to 9-9, which ties them with Reinhardt University (Ga.) for fifth place in the standings. The Lions are 13-11 overall and are on a current three-game winning-streak following their upset of 11th-ranked Union College (Ky.) and triumph over Reinhardt last week.
