Warriors are back in town: Exclusive video from media day

When the Warriors return from summer vacation, it’s national news.

That’s what happens when your team goes to the NBA Finals four straight years, winning three titles en route.

This season’s vintage of Golden State basketball promises to be another winner. The team brings back four perennial All-Stars — in Steph Curry, Kevin Durant, Draymond Green and Klay Thompson — while adding yet another major talent in free agent center DeMarcus Cousins.

It’s almost unfair to the rest of the NBA. And you don’t need the word “almost.”

Regardless, The Chronicle’s award-winning staff of photographers and videographers were in Oakland this week to greet the returning champions, as they gathered for the team’s annual “Media Day” scrum.
