[Men's Golf] Men's Golf Races to Top of Leaderboard After Day 1 at Nationals
The TJC men's golf team shot a sizzling opening round of 289 to take the lead after Day 1 at the NJCAA DII Men's Golf National Championships at Glen Lakes Golf Club in Foley, Alabama. TJC was led by Darryl Fulgham, who is tied for 2nd individually after shooting an opening round 71. Ethan Bozner and Tler Kaman are tied for 10th after shooting 72s, while Will Traylor is tied for 33 with a 74. Jonathan Shelton rounds out the Apache scoring, shooting an 83. Mississippi Gulf Coast and Parkland College are only 2 shots back, while Kirkwood and Meridian round out the top 5.
