Steph Curry will travel to San Antonio to rehab with team
He’s still a ways away from returning, but he’s back to traveling with the Warriors.
Stephen Curry is still a few weeks away from returning to the Golden State Warriors. But he’s taken a step forward in his recovery, and will be traveling to San Antonio with the rest of the team for games three and four of their first round series against the Spurs.
Curry isn’t traveling because there’s a chance of him playing, but rather so he can continue to rehab with the team even when they’re on the road.
As expected, Stephen Curry will travel with the Warriors for Games 3 and 4 in San Antonio. Warriors leave Wednesday and will be there until Sunday, which gives Curry ability to rehab with training staff & be around the team.

Not only does this mean that Curry’s health is progressing, but it also means he’ll be on the sideline cheering on his teammates. His energy has been infectious in the first two games of the series, and it’s been visible.

Even when he’s not playing, Curry being around the team is a good thing for everyone. It helps the team, it keeps Curry involved, and it reminds us all that eventually the greatest shooter of all time will be back where he belongs, on the court.
