Kentucky lands Washington transfer Zoom Diallo
By JAMES MADDEN
Kentucky has landed its first transfer of the offseason from Washington transfer Zoom Diallo, per reports. Diallo averaged 15.7 points, 3.9 rebounds and 4.5 assists in 33 appearances during his sophomore campaign at Washington.
Originally from Washington, Diallo spent two seasons playing for Danny Sprinkle and the Huskies but will head to Kentucky as its first transfer portal addition of the offseason.
Having played 64 games over the last two seasons, he’ll have two seasons of eligibility remaining.
Diallo joined four-star guard Mason Williams as the Wildcats’ only two newcomers as of now, but they remain heavily in the mix for top-ranked high school recruit Tyran Stokes, who visited campus earlier this week.
