Welp, this SDSU lineman got ejected in the 1st quarter after receiving 2 personal foul penalties on the same play

Not a good way for your collegiate career to end.

This certainly isn’t the way you want the last game of your collegiate career to go. In the first quarter of the Armed Forces Bowl between San Diego State and Army, Aztecs offensive lineman Antonio Rosales was ejected after receiving two personal foul penalties on a single play during the game. They both came on this extremely late hit on Army receiver Kevin Waites well after the play was over

Rosales’ college career will end on this cheap shot, since he’s a senior in 2017. Rosales started at right guard on Saturday, but his time on the field was cut very short. He has missed the majority of his senior season this year, too — he didn’t play in the last five games of the regular season with a foot injury.

At the beginning of the season, he was diagnosed with chickenpox thanks to a team outbreak, so it’s safe to say his senior season hasn’t exactly gone as planned. Rosales started in all 14 games last season as a junior, and he was the lone returning starter on the offensive line heading into this season.

Things are a bit chippy already in the first half — SDSU has incurred four personal foul penalties in the first half.
