THIS WEEK
· The Dakota State University (S.D.) Trojan men's basketball team (0-0 overall record) begins their 2017-18 campaign this weekend, hosting its own home 4-team tournament.
· DSU hosts Doane (Neb.), Oak Hills (Minn.) and Presentation (S.D.) in the two-day tournament at DSU Fieldhouse.
· Doane takes on Presentation on the first day of the tournament on Saturday evening at 7 p.m., followed by DSU-Oak Hills at 9 p.m. On Sunday afternoon, the Saints play the Wolfpack at 1 p.m.
· DSU hosts Doane in the last game of the tournament on Sunday afternoon at 3 p.m. Doane is coached by former Trojan Basketball player and assistant coach Ian McKeithen.
· On Wednesday (Nov. 1), Dakota State plays its first road game of the season at Dordt (Iowa). Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m. at DeWitt Gymnasium (498 4th Ave. NE) in Sioux Center, Iowa.
