LeBron’s the youngest player to achieve 25,000 career points, becoming only the 20th player in league history to even reach the milestone. LeBron made his debut in the playoffs at 21 years old and has advanced to the playoffs for the last 11 years consecutively. His average of 33.2 points per game in Game 7s is the best average in NBA history. His list of accolades continues to grow every season. And he doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon.
The three-time champion and three-time Finals MVP began his 15th season in the NBA last night. Going against the Boston Celtics and former teammate Kyrie Irving, LeBron was nothing short of immaculate.
In last night’s victory over the Celtics, LeBron averaged 29 points, 16 rebounds and 9 assists. He was unstoppable keeping the tempo of the game at a constant high pace. They say on a good night it’s almost as if LeBron is flying and last night seemed to be one of those nights. The quick turnarounds, the new spin moves and the shots fired were all apart of his jaw dropping performance.
GQ recently crowned LeBron James as one of the 50 greatest living athletes of all time. A title fit for the King. Fan or no fan of the Cleveland Cavaliers, it’s undeniable that LeBron James is a future hall of famer and a valuable asset to any team.
