Hawaii’s Nick Rolovich claps back at UCLA’s epic game poster tweet

Just adding a little pizazz to the proceedings this weekend.

When you pull off the second biggest comeback in the history of the sport, then I’d say you earn to the right talk a little spicy on Twitter. That’s what UCLA did when tweeting out a ticket link and a certifiably epic game poster.

Hawaii’s Nick Rolovich was clearly not here for the nonsense. The clapback was swift and succinct.

Most of the time, college coaches lean hard and fast into the business-trip mantra when going to a road game. It’s an easy party line and gets everyone into the right mood to make the trip. Shoutout to Rolovich for taking a jab and making the game a bit more fun (which it’s supposed to be).

If I’m Rolovich, a flight to Los Angeles might as well be a vacation. He’s had road trips to Michigan and UMass during his tenure. The latter being, as far as we can tell, the farthest road trip in the history of the sport.

He’s earned the Disneyland visit as far as I’m concerned.
