We should all be as happy as Céline Dion at her son’s hockey game
It’s not a huge surprise that Céline Dion is a hockey mom, but it is surprising that Céline Dion is willing to straight go for it when she’s at a game.

Rene-Charles Angelil, Dion’s son, plays for the U16 Golden Knights in Las Vegas. On Monday night she was really feeling the game and the music in the arena, and she let the rhythm take her over.
Honestly, this is good sports parenting. She’s not yelling at the players, or getting into it with refs. She’s just watching it all unfold and cheering where appropriate. Not only that, but last year she arranged for her son to meet P.K. Subban, which is amazing. Love you, Céline.
In honor of this occasion, I wrote a little song. Please X out of the window now, while you still can.
Every night on the ice
I see you, I watch you
That is how I know you’ll score
Far across the arena
And the ice between us
You’ve come to play hockey, go on
Near, far, on home ice you are
I believe that your skill does go on
Once more you open the penalty box door
And you're here in my heart and my heart will go on and on
Hockey can touch us one time
And last for a lifetime
And never let go till we're gone
Love was when I loved you
One more period until I hold you
In my life we'll always go on
Near, far, on home ice you are
I believe that your skill does go on
Once more you open the penalty box door
And you're here in my heart
And my heart will go on and on
Shootout’s here, there's nothing I fear
And I know that you’ll score
We'll cheer forever this way
You are safe in my heart and my heart will go on and on
sorry
