Remember when Michael Jordan and Magic Johnson played HORSE during Dream Team practice

This must have been the greatest game ever.

It’s the 25th anniversary of the Olympic Dream Team defeating Croatia in the gold medal game in Barcelona. For the young people who don’t remember, that team was STACKED with Larry Bird, Patrick Ewing, Clyde Drexler, Scottie Pippen, John Stockton, Karl Malone, Charles Barkley, Chris Mullin, David Robinson and Christian Laettner. Oh yeah, and two other guys named Michael Jordan and Magic Johnson.

The team won by an average margin of 44 points per game!

Here’s a video of Jordan and Johnson playing what might be the most epic game of HORSE ever between two of the G.O.A.T.s!

Magic seems to have gotten the edge in this one, after hitting a spinning one-handed jumper. Jordan also hit the front end of the rim on a hook shot.

Magic: I took it upon myself to always shoot with Michael. Free throws, who was the first one to 50? Or games, like who was the better shooter?

MJ: He didn’t want to relinquish the role of the 80s in a sense, even though we were going into the 90s.

Watching these two shoot in practice must have been incredible!
