The untold saga of Stanley Johnson and Frank Kaminsky’s FIFA hug
A beautiful sports moment.
What do NBA players do during the offseason? Well if you’re Charlotte Hornets center Frank Kaminsky and Detroit Pistons forward Stanley Johnson, the answer is easy — play FIFA.
The two faced off in a game earlier this week, and while we didn’t see the game, we did see who won — Kaminsky. And Johnson, understandably, was not happy about it:

“Give me a hug, come on, give me a hug,” Kaminsky asked Johnson, chasing him around the room while Johnson ducked and weaved.
We’ve all been there — I mean, who wants to give a hug to your friend who just “smacked” you in FIFA? No one, that’s who.
But fear not — Kaminsky and Johnson weren’t going to let one game of FIFA come between their friendship. Just a few days later, the two reconciled and Johnson finally gave his friend the hug he had wanted all along — and all while Drake played in the background.

Always good to see true friends making amends. But still no word on how that FIFA rematch is looking!
