Since October 7, 2023, Israeli teams have hosted their games in Europe. A request from the teams following the Israel-Hamas cease-fire was approved unanimously by the EuroLeague and in December, Hapoel Jerusalem will play Hamburg at Pais Arena in Jerusalem
