NCAA Adopts Rule To Reduce/Eliminate Faked Injuries

The NCAA just approved a new rule to the effect that, if medical staff come onto the field after the ball is spotted, the team in question will be assessed a time-out. If they have none left, it will result in a five-yard penalty. This rule will be enforced this coming season. In my opinion, it's about time.
