Siena basketball lands recruit with help from new assistant coach

Michael Ojo lives in Virginia Beach, Va., and is spending his first year at Moravian Prep. He previously played at Princess Anne High School in Virginia Beach before transferring. Ojo explained he had to go to a prep school or private school this year in order to play because of NCAA eligibility issues related to him reclassifying when he was in ninth grade.
His other scholarship offer was from Norfolk State, which he didn't visit. He can make his commitment to Siena official during the early signing period that runs Nov. 9 through Nov. 16.
