BYU buys Wasatch Elementary School property

The Provo School District Board has voted to sign a letter of intent to sell the Wasatch Elementary property to BYU.
Wasatch Elementary sits on 900 E., directly across the street from BYU. It is one of Provo District’s oldest schools and is due for a much needed update.
The district looked for a solution when BYU stepped in offering a deal to purchase and swap land with the elementary school.
