Collin Sexton v Kyrie Irving - Do the numbers lie?

I thought this comparison of Sexton's and Irving's third seasons was interesting and wondered what other people thought about it. I can never be sure that the numbers tell the whole story.
If the comparison is flawed or invalid, can you explain why? Do the numbers lie? Or is there something that cannot be measured in this way?
