[Women's Soccer] PCC Names Elkins Head Coach of Women's Soccer

Veteran soccer coach Todd Elkins will be joining the Providence Christian staff after spending 15 years at Biola University.  Elkins started as an assistant women's coach for Biola from 2001 to 2004 where the program made its first-ever national tournament appearance.  At the conclusion of the 2004 season he took a short leave from Biola and traveled internationally to volunteer coach in Zimbabwe, Uganda, and Peru.
