[Men's Basketball] UAV Pulls Upset Over No. 15 Vanguard

Antelope Valley, which received votes in the NAIA Preseason poll, turned in two strong performances last week.  The fist resulted in a narrow road loss to The Master's, the NAIA Division I No. 2 ranked team, but the second road trip was much more eventful.  The Pioneers topped No. 15 Vanguard to improve to 4-1 in their early season schedule.  UC Merced is also off to a quick start, winning all three of the games to kick off the season.
