Corsairs Skate By Vikings 3-1
SALEM, MASS. – Jonathan Ruiz (Williamstown, N.J.) scored a power-play goal with just over seven minutes remaining to break a 1-1 tie and lift UMass Dartmouth to a 3-1 victory over Salem State (2-1, 1-1) at Rockett Arena in MASCAC action on Thursday evening. UMass Dartmouth (1-2-2, 1-0-1) spoiled a 46-save night by Vikings netminder Jason Pucciarelli (Newmarket, Ontario) as the Corsairs outshot Salem State 49-20.
