The 19:30 game between Chinese Taipei and Korea will decide the second finalist. Korea will advance to the World Championship Final with a win.
If both Chinese Taipei and Japan win, Chinese Taipei, USA, and Korea will tie at 3-2 in second place, and the Team Quality Balance (TQB) will break the tie.
If Chinese Taipei and the USA win, Chinese Taipei, Japan and Korea will tie at 3-2 in second place, and Japan will advance to the World Championship Final thanks to wins against Chinese Taipei in the Opening Round and Korea in the Super Round.
