WBSC U-15 Women's Softball World Cup 2025 Super Round schedule announced
The Super Round schedule for the WBSC U-15 Women's Softball World Cup 2025 has been confirmed and will open on Wednesday, July 2, at 14:30 (local time) in Caronno Pertusella with defending champions and World No. 1 USA taking on No. 9 Mexico.
Day 1 of the Super Round also includes No. 3 Puerto Rico versus No. 8 Czechia at 15:00 (local time) in Legnano. It will close with No.4 Chinese Taipei taking on No. 2 Japan at 18:30 (local time in Caronno Pertusella.
The top three teams from Group A from the Opening Round will face the other top three teams from Group B in Caronno Pertusella and Legnano. After a three-day competition, the first and second-place teams will play for the U-15 Women's Softball title of World Champion.

Two years ago, it was USA, Puerto Rico, Japan, Chinese Taipei, Mexico and the Philippines who reached the Super Round. This year Czechia, who finished seventh in 2023, are the team to fill the spot, left by the Philippines (who didn't participate in the qualifying process this time).
They will start the Super Round with the following win-loss records (outcome of the head-to-head match against the other two teams qualified from the same group): Japan (2-0), USA (2-0), Puerto Rico (1-1), Chinese Taipei (1-1), Mexico (0-2) and Czechia (0-2).
Meanwhile, Canada (2-0), Italy (2-0), Australia (1-1), Spain (1-1), American Samoa (0-2) and Singapore (0-2) will compete in the Placement Round, Italy, who finished eighth in 2023, will fight it out with five teams making their debuts in this age group tournament.
Legnano wll host two Super Round games on Thursday, July 3, while on Friday, July 5, Caronno will have two games.
Caronno Pertusella will host the medal round on Saturday, July 6.
The top two finishers of the Super Round will compete in the U-15 Women's Softball World Championship Final at 19:00 (local time).
The third and fourth-place teams will play for third place in the bronze medal game at 15:00 (local time).
The six teams qualified for the Super Round will start with a record that includes the outcome of the head-to-head match against the other two teams qualified from the same group. The Placement Round standings also take into account the result of the head-to-head matches between teams competing in the same group.
