BOX SCORE
Yonatan Hernriquez smacked his first two homers of the season, as the St Lucie Mets thrashed the Hammerheads. Colin Houck tallied three hits and is starting to pick up the pace in May, as he already has five hits.
Irving Cota and the bullpen backed Dohm up, combining for 3 2/3 innings of one-run ball. Coda has only allowed one earned run to this point and could be in line for a promotion to Brooklyn soon enough.
The FCL Mets fell to the FCL Cardinals to open their season. The offense failed to generate much momentum aside from a Julio Zayas double. Bohan Adderly started strong out of the gate, collecting two hits.
