After the game finished, Travis Kelce made his way up to the suite where his family and friends, including Swift, were waiting for him, and quickly made his way to his loving girlfriend. The Duchess of Cambridge and the rest of the royal brides always keep the details of their wedding dress a secret until they walk down the aisle, including the designer's name. Kate Middleton was very meticulous in keeping things under wraps, but the news got out that her bridal gown was designed by Alexander McQueen's Sarah Burton and she was very upset about the leak that happened two months before she and Prince William exchanged "I do's."
"Behind the scenes, I think that caused tears at the Palace because Kate had done everything she could to keep the wedding dress a secret," royal expert Katie Nicholl told Channel 5 documentary Secrets of the Royal Dressmakers, per Mirror.
"She was selected by Middleton, who is making increasing efforts to develop her own style, on grounds of her quirky elegance, discretion and low profile. A fashion source said that the dress will be a combination of Middleton's own design ideas and Burton's deep knowledge and understanding of high fashion. Middleton had hoped to keep Burton's name quiet until the wedding."
Although the news leaked earlier than expected, wedding dress designer Caroline Castigliano said the big reveal was still very special. Although the designer's name had been leaked, no one actually saw the design of her wedding dress.
"Everybody loved Kate’s dress. That excitement when she stepped out, it was just ‘wow,’" Castigliano explained. "Incredible. She looked sensational. Even now, it gives me butterflies."

What Did Kate Middleton Do To Keep The Design From Leaking From The Public?
The team working behind Kate Middleton's wedding dress used a lie to keep the wedding gown a secret from the public. According to royal expert Roberta Fiorito in the Royally Obsessed podcast, Alexander McQueen created a fake story to cover up that it was for the royal wedding.
"To maintain secrecy about the dress, I love this fun fact, the Royal School of Needlework was told the dress would be used as a costume in a TV show. And that cost was no object," Fiorito said. "So they told the students that in order to keep it secret."

Looking back at the event, Ewing said the news about Middleton's wedding dress was all over the news. However, the public had no idea who was actually doing it.

Prince Charles reportedly believed that he should reside in Buckingham Palace because it's where the monarch resides, so he wanted to relocate there, Daily Mail reported.
"HRH's view is that you need a monarch at monarchy HQ. This has never been in doubt," an unnamed source told the outlet. "Just like the Queen, it will effectively be in the 'flat above the shop.' He feels it is right, just as the Queen does, to work out of Buckingham Palace."

However, the Queen allegedly found the proposal "inappropriate" because the castle has been home to the British kings and queens for almost 1,000 years. It's also the monarch's official residence. So, Queen Elizabeth II offered the Sussexes the Frogmore Cottage instead, according to Sunday Times.

Royal commentators noticed, via Express, that the Duchess of Cornwall has changed her style over the last few years and now looks "more serious and professional."
When she went to NatWest's headquarters in London last week, she donned a white Alexander McQueen blazer paired with slim black trousers and dark heels. Royal fashion watchers have seen Kate wear the same blazer before.
However, a royal expert noticed that the blazer and trousers are part of how the future queen consort has changed her style and may have something to do with Meghan.

TikTok user Amanda Matte, who's behind the @matta_of_fact account, revealed Meghan wore the same outfit in 2022, and Kate seemed to be influenced by the former actress' style.
Matte explained that before Meghan joined the royal family upon marrying Prince Harry in 2018, Kate had a different style. "[Kate's] outfit formulas got updated to correspond with how Meghan was dressing when she entered the scene," the social media user pointed out.

She added that Kate "rarely" wore trousers and often sported culottes instead. Though some see Kate's fashion might have been updated due to her more serious role as a senior royal and a princess, Matte seemed to be convinced that it started when Meghan wore an Alexander McQueen suit in 2018.
However, a professional stylist disagreed.
Kate Middleton's Fashion Changes with Her Senior Royal Role
Miranda Holder, a professional stylist and fashion and royalty expert, told Newsweek Kate's style has changed, taking in a "more serious, business-like mood, since she has become the Princess of Wales. Hence, it "reflects the gravitas of her new position within the royal family as she gets nearer to the throne."
She's now keener to wear trousers than skirts and dresses. She also believes that Kate wants people to focus more on her activities instead of the brand she's wearing.

"The fun, feminine, flirty Kate whom we all fell in love with in her polka-dot tea dresses seems to have been replaced by a new, more heavyweight incarnation," Holder explained.
It's also good to note that Kate has been wearing trousers way before Meghan joined the royal family, like during a visit to Alberta in 2011 and an attendance at the 1851 Trust roadshow at the Docklands Sailing and Watersports Centre in 2017.
