The Vital Records office is open to in person transactions Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.Important Notice From the Montcalm County Clerk's Office:As of June 8th, 2023 the Montcalm County Clerk's Office has started the process of having all Vital Records be digitized. If you are in need of copies for any Birth, Death or Marriage record please reach out to our office 24 hours prior to coming in to get the record.
