Chevrolet Presents Albany Tech’s AAmir Greene with Chevy Cruze at Prince Chevrolet

May 10, 2013- Albany, Ga-- On Monday, May 13, 2013, at 10am, officials from Chevrolet and Prince Chevrolet in Albany will present AAmir Greene, Albany Tech's 2013 Georgia Occupational Award of Leadership (GOAL) winner and the 2013 Student Ambassador of the Year for the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG), with the keys to a brand-new 2013 Chevrolet Cruze. Chevrolet and the local Chevrolet dealers are the statewide sponsors of the GOAL program.During a banquet held in Atlanta on April 25, AAmir Greene, a telecommunications engineering technology student from Albany Technical College, was named as the Technical College System of Georgia's 2013 Student of the Year by TCSG Commissioner Ron Jackson.Greene competed for the top student honor as part of the system's annual GOAL program, which recognizes the best students at each of the state's 25 technical colleges and a Board of Regents college with a technical division.A native of Miami, Florida, Greene enlisted in the Marine Corps in...
