- Round 11 — No. 342: Titan Kennedy-Hayes, right-handed pitcher, Austin Peay State University
Titan Kennedy-Hayes is an 80-grade name. The Oklahoma native pitched for the Williamsport Crosscutters in 2023 and struck out 12 batters in 6 2/3 innings for the Chatham Anglers in the Cap Cod League in 2024.

- Round 12 — No. 372: A.J. Wilson, left-handed pitcher, UNC Charlotte
The Phillies go back-to-back with a pair of college pitchers in Rounds 11 and 12. Draft analyst Joe Doyle says Wilson, 23, has one of the better sliders from the left side in the entire class.
- Round 13 — No. 402: Tegan Cain, right-handed pitcher, University of Kansas
Cain is the second player from the University of Kansas to be selected by the Phillies in this year’s MLB Draft. Cain, 21, struck out 47 batters in 33 1/3 innings for the Jayhawks this season as a reliever. He’ll join college teammate Kodey Shojinaga, the club’s sixth-round pick, in the Phillies system.
- Round 14 — No. 432: Jared Spencer, left-handed pitcher, Indiana State University
Another college reliever, Spencer, 21, saw a huge spike in velocity from 2022 to 2023 that coincided with a higher strikeout rate. Spencer, who possesses a high 90s fastball and swing-and-miss slider, posted a 4.08 ERA for the Sycamores in 2024.
- Round 15 — No. 462: Luke Gabrysh, right-handed pitcher, St. Joe’s University
Gabrysh, a native of Wilmington, Del., will stay close to home. The 21-year-old reliever struck out 23 batters in 12 2/3 innings with the Trenton Thunder in this year’s MLB Draft league.
- Round 16 — No. 492: Eli Trop, right-handed pitcher, University of Pennsylvania
The Phillies go back-to-back in the Big 5. Trop, a Seattle native, pitched to a 3.33 ERA in 24 1/3 innings for Penn in 2024. The 22-year-old plans on transferring to the University of Texas for his senior season.
- Round 17 — No. 522: Ryan Degges, right-handed pitcher, UNC Charlotte
Degges, the second prospect taken by the Phillies out of UNC Charlotte, is another high octane arm with command issues that could be a big league reliever if all things click.
- Round 18 — No. 552: Kevin Warunek, left-handed pitcher, Longwood University
A former Big South Relief Pitcher of the Week, Warunek finished with a 2.08 ERA in 12 games for the Lancers in 2024.
- Round 19 — No. 582: Erik Ritchie, left-handed pitcher, East Carolina University
A native of Bucks County, Ritchie fits the prototype the Phillies have targeted all day. He’s a reliever with great staff, but lacks command. He walked 27 batters in 29 2/3 innings with 33 strikeouts for East Carolina in 2024.
- Round 20 — No. 602: Kyler Carmack, right-handed pitcher, Ole Miss
The Phillies go 10-for-10 on college arms in Day 3.
