The Rockies start Kyle Freeland, who missed eight weeks with an elbow injury, but has pitched well since returning, allowing just two runs and eight hits over 12 2⁄3 innings in his last two starts. He allowed just two runs in seven innings in a loss to the Royals in Kansas City last year.
