Georgetown, Ky. – Freshman outside hitter Jan Lopuch (Krakow, Poland/I Liceum Ogolnoksztalcace Sportowego) registered a team-best 16 kills on a stellar .519 attack percentage (16-2-27) to go along with four blocks (one solo), three digs, three service aces and two assists to help lead No. 12 Saint Xavier University men's volleyball (1-1/0-0 CCAC) to a 3-1 triumph (16-25, 25-20, 25-18, 25-22) over Warner University (Fla.) in Saturday afternoon at the Davis-Reid Alumni Gym in Georgetown, Ky. As a team, the Cougars posted an attack percentage of .357 (47-12-98). SXU finished six matches last season with a team attack percentage of .350 or better.
