[Women's Track & Field] Musa Wins Pentathlon; SXU Places 2nd at Fighting Bee Invite

Cougar to win the Pentathlon for the Saint Xavier University women's track and field team this past weekend at the Fighting Bee Invitational hosted by St. Ambrose University (Iowa) in Davenport, Iowa. She scored 2,810 points in five events: 60m Hurdles (2nd place – 10.35 seconds), High Jump (1st place – 1.56m), Shot Put (4th place – 7.60m), Long Jump (1st place – 4.87m) and 800m (1st place – 2:39.82). As a team, SXU tied its best indoor finish with their 2nd place finish out of 15 teams. They also set a program record for points with 86, surpassing the previous best at the Illiana Invite on January 13, 2017 (2nd place – 69 points) and the Illiana Invite on January 15, 2016 (3rd place – 69 points).
