[Men's Basketball] O'Campo Posts Second Straight 20-Plus Game in Loss at OUAZ

SURPRISE, Ariz. – The San Diego Christian College Hawks trip to Arizona ends with a 64-86 loss at the hands of the Ottawa University Spirit Saturday. The defeat takes SDCC's overall record to 5-17 and 3-10 in the Golden State Athletic Conference.

The Hawks battled for the first part of the opening half, but slowly and steadily. Ottawa pulled away.

Posting similar shooting percentages, the difference maker in this matchup was the Spirit's ability to pull down rebounds and create turnovers. OUAZ bested SDCC in second-chance points (17 to 8) as well as in points off of turnovers (20 to 6).

A bright spot once again for the Hawks was the offensive prowess of sophomore guard, Josh O'Campo who accounted for 22 of San Diego Christian's 64 points.
