[Women's Basketball] Wroblewski earns NAIA National Player of the Week honors

Hours after earning CCAC Player of the Week honors, Kylie Wroblewski was recognized at the national level as the NAIA National Women's Basketball Player of the Week.

The junior from Bettendorf, Iowa, had a huge week for St. Ambrose, averaging 26.0 points on 71-percent shooting and 9.0 rebounds in a pair of wins.

She first dropped a career-high 33 points on 14-of-17 shooting in a 109-100 win at Olivet Nazarene. It was the most points scored by an SAU team since the 2013-14 season and allowed the Bees to sweep the regular-season series from the Tigers. She followed that by posting a 19-point, 11-rebound double-double in a win over Roosevelt. The victories extended SAU's winning streak to 13 games, the program's longest since the 2013-14 campaign.
