[Cross Country] Spires Continue to Run Strong at Tiger Open

VICTORIA, Kan. – The University of Saint Mary men's and women's cross country teams traveled down to Hays, Kan. on Friday to prepare for the Fort Hays State Tiger Open on Saturday. The Spires were entered in both the Gold races along with an additional men's team in the Black race due to entry limits. The Gold race entries included NCAA D2 teams and top NAIA schools. While the Black races were filled with some of the top-ranked JUCO schools and NAIA teams. The Spires entered their top 10 men's runners in the Gold race and all 13 runners on the women's team. Then had the rest of the men's unit in the Black race.
