Joel Embiid Questionable Tuesday vs. Pacers
The 76ers are in a great spot in the Eastern Conference. They currently own a 3.0-game lead over the Nets for the No. 1 spot in the standings, which means they’re very close to clinching homecourt throughout the Eastern Conference playoffs.
With that in mind, they can look to potentially get some of their players some rest over the final few games of the regular season. Embiid is someone who has dealt with injuries for most of the year, and he’s currently listed as questionable with an illness. If he’s ultimately ruled out, look for Dwight Howard to earn the start at center, and Howard has averaged 25.79 FanDuel points in 19 games without Howard this season. Even if Embiid does suit up on Tuesday, look for him to potentially sit during one of the games during their upcoming back-to-back set on Thursday and Friday.
Additionally, Ben Simmons and Seth Curry are no longer listed on the injury report. They’ve also recently dealt with some injuries, but they appear healthy enough to suit up Tuesday vs. the Pacers.
