Brandon Ingram Questionable Sunday versus Houston Rockets
After missing the last two games with a sore right foot, Brandon Ingram is listed as questionable Sunday when the New Orleans Pelicans play the Houston Rockets, as per the NBA’s Injury Report.
The Pels starting lineup is in shambles right now. Eric Bledsoe was the only regular to start in their most recent contest. Zion Williamson, Lonzo Ball, and Ingram were all held out of the last two Pelicans’ games, and Steven Adams missed the most recent contest but did appear in the game before that.
The lack of continuity hurts the Pelicans as they dropped their last two games to the Atlanta Hawks and the lowly Orlando Magic.
Josh Hart started in place of Ingram against the Magic and had a monster game; Hart dropped 14 points, 17 rebounds, and five assists, but the performance came at a cost, as Hart suffered a thumb injury and is expected to miss significant time. Naji Marshall started against the Hawks and put up a respectable 9/5/1 line. If Ingram can’t go tomorrow, expect Marshall to start in his place.
