Christian Wood Out Tuesday
Christian Wood is ruled out of Tuesday’s matchup between the Houston Rockets and Atlanta Hawks, continuing to deal with a lingering ankle injury.
Wood last played for the Rockets 115-103 win against the Memphis Grizzlies, playing 20 minutes, scoring 17 points, seven rebounds and one assist. In his first season with the Rockets, he has averaged 31 minutes, 22 points, 10 rebounds and one assist per game, starting in 17 games.
Expect Justin Patton to start at center in place of Wood. Priced at $5,000 on FanDuel, Patton has played nine games for the Rockets, starting in five, and has averaged 23 minutes, scoring seven points, five rebounds and one assist per game.
