Pierre-Luc Dubois Returns to Lineup Sunday Night

0 19

Pierre-Luc Dubois returns to the Winnipeg Jets lineup when they take on the Vancouver Canucks Sunday night. Dubois played in only two games for the Jets before going down with a lower-body injury.

Dubois played a total of 30:34 minutes through two games, recording zero points and going 40.0% in the face-off dot. His advanced metrics are even less inspired. He’s posted a 33.3% Corsi percentage while getting only 44.4% of his starts in the neutral zone. Based on the morning skate, Dubois should be on a line with Mark Scheifele and Blake Wheeler tonight and center the Jets’ second powerplay unit.

Dubois has a low salary on the DFS slate, with a $4,600 on FanDuel. Considering the minutes he’ll get against a defensively inept Canucks team, he figures to be a boom-or-bust option down the middle.

The Jets are slight underdogs against the Canucks, priced at -106. The total is set at 6.5 with the under juiced to -120.
