Justise Winslow Poised To Make Season Debut
January 8, 2020, was the last time that Justise Winslow saw game action in the NBA. He’s poised to make his return to action Saturday night.
The Memphis Grizzlies acquired Winslow in a three-team trade involving his former team, the Miami Heat, and the Minnesota Timberwolves. Winslow played in only 11 games last season, starting in five. He averaged 11.3 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 4.0 assists last season and has been an above-average defender throughout his career, as evidenced by his 8.8 defensive win shares. Winslow has yet to play for the Grizzlies as he continued to resolve an ongoing hip injury.
Winslow is among the lowest-salaried players at FanDuel, carrying a $3,900 salary on the evening slate.
The Grizzlies are tough against the Phoenix Suns and are currently priced as 6 point underdogs. The total sits at 223 ahead of tipoff.
