One of the trademarks of this Royals run has been their ability to fight back and win games they looked out of. Things looked grim in the 4th inning with the Royals down big today but they would turn around in a hurry.
This game could have been so much better.
In all honesty, I missed the first ~hour or so of this game because of a work emergency I was dealing with. Once I settled in, the Tribe was already down 2-1 before adding two runs in the fourth inning thanks to a Jose Iglesias double.
If you told me the Royals could be buyers at the trade deadline, I would have thought of you as insane. But lo and behold, the Royals have somehow managed to pull off this sorcery, and it's very possible we could buy at the trade deadline.
