[Men's Tennis] Viking Men's Tennis Drop Close Match to Concordia, 5-4

Des Moines, IA- The Grand View men's tennis team opened up their 2019 season against Concordia University at Aspen Athletics Club dropping a close match 5-4.

Senior Andreé Stevensson, junior Yasha Latvik and freshmen Rafael Silva obtained the first three points of the meet with their single matches victories.

In doubles, at the number one spot, Stevensson and Latvik earned the fourth point of the meet making the score 4-4 against Concordia University. The Vikings were not able to outlast the Bulldogs, dropping the match 5-4.

Grand View is in action again Friday, February 15, as they take on Utah State University in Des Moines, IA.
