COLUMBIA, Ky. – The men and women's indoor track and field team heads to Birmingham, Alabama on Monday for the Mid-South Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. CT. 

The championship will have 12 field events and 24 track events scheduled to determine the team title.

Eight women's teams and seven men's teams are slated to partake in the third indoor track & field championships. The 2019 MSC Indoor Track & Field Championships are being run alongside the BSC Southern Indoor Challenge.

First and second-place finishers will be awarded All-Mid-South Conference honors.

Last season the Lindsey Wilson women won the indoor championship while Cumberlands (Ky.) took home the men's title a year ago.

Live results will be available when the men and women's track teams compete at the Birmingham Crossplex in the MSC Track and Field Championship.
