[Wrestling] Lindsey Wilson wrestling team travels for Lindenwood Open on Saturday
COLUMBIA, Ky. - Lindsey Wilson wrestling team hits the road for the eighth annual Lindenwood Open on Saturday, November 17 in St. Charles, Missouri at Hyland Arena.
The Lindenwood Open will feature 15 NCAA Division I, six NCAA Division II, 11 NAIA and five junior college teams at this weekend's tournament. Wrestling is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. CT.
Lindsey Wilson last competed at the LWC duals, where they defeated No. 10 Williams Baptist (Ark.)29-12 and Marian (Ind.) 27-21.
Jacob Dodd and Cagen Wallace set to compete in the 125-pound weight class, while Tanner Demien is set to wrestle in the 133-pound weight class for LWC.
Trent Johnson will compete in the 141-pound weight class for LWC. In the 149-pound weight class, the Blue Raider's have four competitors in Stiles Metcalf, Luis Puig, Austin Ramsey, and Latrell Davis.
