Gatemen to Continue Barnstorming Tradition in 2017

In the more than half a century of Gatemen baseball, fans and players have become used to crossing the Cape Cod Canal in order to attend an away game. But for the second year in a row, the Gatemen will play a number of preseason games off the Cape. Last summer, the Gatemen spent the first week and a half of June barnstorming through Massachusetts and Connecticut playing teams from the Futures League and New England Collegiate Baseball League. The Gatemen played six total games, five of which
