[PC] In The Evil Within, how can I get rid of the black bars at the top and bottom of the screen?

The Evil Within on PC allows for Players to remove the cinema bars. At the Title Menu, click on Options, go to the Graphics Tab and click on Hardware Settings. From here you can disable Letterbox to remove the cinema bars.Take note that the cinema bars will still be present during cutscenes.
