CHICAGO – In addition to the seven transfers that Saint Xavier University football added at the start of the Spring semester last month, the Cougars officially signed 15 incoming freshmen, 14 of which come from the Chicagoland area, on National Signing Day, bringing the total to 22 new student-athletes will compete for playing time for the upcoming 2023 season.
