[Cross Country] SXU Men's & Women's Cross Country Teams Named USTFCCCA All-Academic Teams

NEW ORLEANS – The Saint Xavier University men's and women's cross country teams were earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic recognition when the teams were announced Thursday evening. The men's team carried a 3.22 grade point average (GPA) and the women's team had a 3.19 GPA in the classroom. 70 programs were recognized for the women at the NAIA level and over 60 teams claimed the honor on the men's side. In order to qualify for All-Academic recognition, teams had to have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
